Industrial warehouse with modern PU flooring

PU flooring System

A PU flooring system (Polyurethane flooring) is a seamless, resin-based floor coating made from polyurethane materials, designed for durability, flexibility, and resistance to harsh conditions.

PU system advantages

Why PU flooring?

PU flooring is applied as a liquid coating over concrete, which cures to form a continuous, joint-free surface. It is widely used in industrial, commercial, and even residential environments because it combines strength with flexibility

PU MF.

PU MF is a medium-duty polyurethane concrete flooring system installed at about 4–6 mm thick, designed for factories and warehouses where durability, hygiene, and chemical resistance are required

PU MF

Why select PU MF?

Key Characteristics

PU MF systems are designed for medium to heavy industrial use and offer : High abrasion & impact resistance, Good chemical resistance (acids, oils, solvents), Thermal resistance (moderate thermal shock), Seamless & hygienic surface (easy to clean), Slip-resistant options available, fast curing (if MMA-modified)

Typical Applications

PU MF is widely used in environments need durability + hygiene + chemical resistance such as Food & beverage processing areas, Pharmaceutical / clean rooms, Warehouses & logistics areas, Packaging and assembly zones, Commercial kitchens

PU HF Flooring System (Polyurethane Heavy-Duty Flooring)

PU HF stands for Polyurethane Heavy Finish / Heavy-Duty Screed Flooring. It is a high-performance polyurethane cement flooring system designed for extreme industrial conditions. PU HF is a thick, heavy-duty version of PU flooring, typically installed at 6-9mm.

PU HF System benefits

Why industries choose PU flooring

Key Properties

Mechanical Performance

Very high impact resistance (forklifts, heavy loads), Excellent abrasion resistance, Handles constant traffic

Thermal Resistance

Withstands thermal shock (hot water washdown, steam). Typical resistance: 6 mm → ~70°C , 9 mm → ~100°C

Chemical Resistance

Strong resistance to: Acids, Alkalis, Oils, fats and Cleaning chemicals

Moisture Tolerance

Can be applied on damp concrete (SSD condition) and Breathable vs epoxy

PU Coating

PU Coating refers to a thin-layer polyurethane floor coating used mainly for protection, aesthetics, and light-to-medium duty environments. PU coating is a liquid-applied polyurethane layer rolled or sprayed onto concrete with typical thickness 0.5 – 1.5 mm.
